This project has meant a lot for me.  I have learnt so many values that I can take with me into the future.  I have learnt to let go of things that I cannot change.  God is in control and He has a plan for everyday of your life.  I have learnt that it is the small things in life that matters and that friendliness costs nothing.  God loves us, no matter what we do or say.  We must love others in the same manner.  Thinking positively generates positive feelings and it affects you emotionally and your health.  I have learnt that it is important to forgive yourself as well as other people.  Although it does not always solve the problem, you will feel better and will be freed.  To have a good attitude towards people will make you a happier person and will promote your relationships.  A good attitude will help you to handle situation in a correct manner.  In the last session I have learnt that making the right choices is very powerful.  I have learnt lessons in this project that I will remember for the rest of my life.  I will promote this project for anybody that needs to grow as a human being.
